Vertical/Inclined 'cat' Ladders, Companion Ladders and Stairways
Craig Engineering Total Access Systems Ltd.design, manufacture and install vertical/inclined access ladders, companion ladders and staircases, all in accordance with current EU and British Standards and requirements of the Heath & Safety Executive (HSE) Working at Height Directives.
Bespoke access ladder and staircase fabrications are designed to suit specific installation location requirements and can be manufactured in either mill finish aluminium or galvanized steel; with a powder coated (PPC) finish option to suit client's RAL colour requirement.
Vertical /inclined 'cat' access ladders are supplied with safety hoops/cage as standard, together with top access platform, high level self closing safety gate and integral grab rails situated at the top access/egress point.
Supply of cat ladders without safety hoops require integral fall arrest safety lines, to comply with current British Standards.
Optional supply of removable lower ladder section or rung cover plate are available, providing additional security in restricting lower access.
Craig Engineering TAS Ltd. are authorised installers of Uniline vertical fall arrest systems and can supply access ladders fitted with vertical fall arrest systems on request.
